Battery capacity : (mAh)730

  • If you had to pick a con for this amazing gadget, it would be a disappointment with the battery life. On a full charge, it gives just 5 hours of playtime which is not an improvement of any sort from its predecessor, the JBL Go2. There are other speakers on the market that provides more battery life.
  • It takes more time to charge the JBL Go2 compared to JBL Go.

JBL Go2 is definitely an improvement from JBL Go. But if you already own a JBL Go, then going for JBL Go may not be the ideal choice as the water resistance feature is the only feature it has been improved. Unless you plan to take your speaker near water, you can stick with your JBL Go.
