Specifications of Lenovo S660

The device comes with a 4.7 inch IPS qHD display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels is the biggest disadvantage of this phone. Comparing the screen with Moto G further reduces the rating. At this price range, a 720p display is a standard on most phones. The Quad-core 1.3 GHz MediaTek cpu is powering the device along with 1 GB RAM. Also Mali 400 GPU gives almost very good graphics performance. The phone has Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as its operating system with loaded apps.

Looking at the storage specifications, the device comes with 8 Gb internal memory and it also has the capability of expanding memory via microSD card upto 32 GB. The microSd card slot is an advantage over Moto G since it only has internal memory option.

The device has both front facing and rear cameras. The front camera is .3 MP resolution pretty ordinary for taking selfies and video calling. The 8MP rear facing camera with  3264 x 2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash is somewhat superior over 5MP  2592 х 1944 pixels camera of Moto G. It can produce good quality images along with features like Geo-tagging and face detection.

The handset sports two SIM card slots both supports 3G network. The major advantage is the talk time we’re going to get with this smartphone. It comes with a Li-Po 3000 mAh battery which will give 10h talk time on 2G and 7 hours on 3G. Comparing this with 2070mAh battery on Moto G gives an upper hand on battery backup for this device.

Verdict: Android smartphone with good performance, great camera, dual SIM and powerful battery all spoiled by a poor display. But still it is a choice if display doesn’t concern you very much.
